When i was younger than this, i hear songs that either tells me to enjoy myself while i have the time or songs that talk about morals and norms of our society. Then, one always look forward to the next album of one artiste or the other. Parents don't have to send their children out of the room when they are watching musical videos. But now, things are quite different. You hear songs that tells you that "na fraud pay pass any business". You hear songs that glorify women private parts. Songs that are 'anti-moral' and 'anti-norms'. Songs that you have to either change the channel when your kids are there or you send them out. Songs that promote demonic way of dressing. Songs that turn our children to a carbon copy of Rhiana, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, etc. When i see this videos on tv or hear the songs on radio, i always wonder what the likes of NBC and Censor Board are doing. Is it that they are sleeping or money has change hands? What then are they paid for if they cannot work on censoring these obscene songs and their videos? To Nigerian artistes, quick cash really pays but think about the destinies you are destroying by virtue of the fast life you all are promoting.

Be careful
When shining light becomes too shining, the eyes that sees it become envious of its glory and blessing. When the moving train notes too fast, the leg becomes envious of its speed and its timeliness. When the mouth talks much and fast, the listening ears get sick of its swiftness and the power of its tongue. When the used grows fast and firm, the farmer get sick of the root that refuse to leave the ground. In life, the progress of one can lead to d annoyance or envy of others. So, watch your back.
